Battlegear 1.2.5 Mod can provides new weapons for a complete new type of combat. Battlegear 1.2.5 Mod provides weapon distinctive perks. The weapon adds perks similar to extra range to hold mobs at bay, or extra damages. Battlegear 1.2.5 implements an entirely new weapon system to minecraft. Pressing the ‘I’ button or clicking your player character in the Inventory screen will bring up the Weapon Inventory Screen. Weapons can be placed in the main hand or off hand slots. These weapons will be displayed on your player Model when you go into 3rd person view. Weapons can be switched between sheathed and drawn by pressing the ‘R’ Key. Battlegear 1.2.5 Mod now has been update to v2.7.1 and working fine with the latest minecraft 1.2.5. With Battlegear 1.2.5 mod you use any items like Sword, Pickaxe, Spade, Axe, Bow, Torch. Waraxe, Mace, Spear and Shield. When dual wielding 2 swords the player can block as normal by pressing both mouse buttons. Battlegear 1.2.5 Mod v.2.7.1 Changelogs
- Fixed issue where no armour was being displayed
- Fixed issue where items in slots 2 & 3 of the main hand mimiced the durability of the weapon in slot 1.
- Name change to Mine & Blade Battlegear
- Added 2 extra dual wielding weapon sets (total of 3)te new weapon slots
- Changed the GUI to accommodate new weapon slots
- Change icon of the spear
- Tweaked the chaces of the waraxe and mace

Battlegear 1.2.5 Mod New Weapons
- The Waraxe; The waraxe has the special ability of having a chance to cause 150% damage to mobs. Red sparks will fly around the mob to indicate extra damage.
- The Mace; The mace has the special ability of having a chance to cause a 3 second stun to enemy mobs. Blue sparks will fly around the mob to indicate stuns.
- The Quaterstaff/Spear; The spear sacrifices some of the power of the sword for increased range (and durability)

- Download and Install Modloader
- Make sure you delete the META-INF folder in the minecraft jar when installing ModLoader
- Download and Install PlayerAPI
- If using Single Player Commands, install the playerAPI-SPC patch
- Download BATTLEGEAR 1.2.5 MOD
- Place the downloaded zip file in the mods directory in youre .minecraft directory
- Take the fight to the creepers
- Enjoy playing minecraft
