This pack was a texture pack started by Doku (creator of the ever popular RPG pack). Doku began this pack with the essential land-scape defining textures (Dirt, Grass, Stone, water, trees, etc) but did not have time to do much more before discontinuing the pack. The concept he had, and the work he finished was to good to let die. Using Doku’s visual and conceptual foundation History continued the pack, expanded it, and improved it. Now I have chosen to keep LAST DAYS updated and to continue to improve it, just like History had before. So guys want to install and play this Last Days Texture Pack 1.2.5? The goal of LAST DAYS is to take doku’s brilliant foundational work and bring it to its logical conclusion; a full scale, game changing, texture and sound overhaul which takes full advantage of the existing mechanics of minecraft and brings them into a post apocalyptic setting.
Last Days Texture Pack 1.3 Story
Last Days Texture Pack 1.3 Story; The scene is your general post apocalyptic environment, with bleak wastelands stripped bare of all vegetation. Before ‘the event’ that brought this world into its current state, many of the more fortunate inhabitants burrowed into the ground and created a network of reinforced caverns, or ‘Cocoons’ as they were later known. Little did they know that these wouldn’t offer the protection that they initially hoped for. The less fortunate were left to scavenge and fight for themselves. In an attempt to distance themselves from danger they built thousands of makeshift buildings, many raised above the ground on stilts to offer protection against the various mutated creatures that wandered the wastes. These became known as ‘Scrap-Shacks’. This is a place you really don’t want to exist, be it above ground on sheltered within a Cocoon, it will be harsh, it will be hopeless, it will be your last days.
